As a UX/UI and CX designer, I played a strategic role in enhancing the user and customer experience for GetSpot, a platform dedicated to managing hybrid and flexible workspaces.
My user-centered approach, aligned with business objectives, resulted in:

Task
One of the key challenges I faced while working on the GetSpot project was designing for a diverse audience with varying levels of technical proficiency and unique workspace needs.
